How much do we love Aotearoa?
Earlier this year I had the pleasure of venturing to the Hawkes Bay and photographing a stunning, stunning location. I met with some wonderful people, doing amazing things, especially with truffle which I’d never tried before.
Chris and Jeanette, the talent behind Wallingford Kitchen, are passionate about knowing where all their ingredients come from and everything they do/ make is with love and care. You can feel it and you can taste it.
Wallingford in Winter. You must visit, stay, at anytime of the year. A wonderful place to take a break, a real break, and eat some of the most delicious fresh and seasonal food you’ll ever eat, I mean they actually have a fertile truffière on-site!
