I’m a family photographer based in Wellington, creating relaxed and natural photos across Wellington and the Kāpiti Coast.
This style of photography is for families who want real moments, genuine emotion and have beautiful, meaningful images.

Unlike traditional posed or studio photography, my style allows everyone to relax, be themselves, and enjoy the moment. I'll hang out with you and your family and you can simply be yourselves.

We might take a walk in the park, or play by the beach, and even just laze around your home. Easy.

Family Photo Locations in Wellington and Kāpiti

Wellington has some beautiful locations all over for relaxed family photos, from the beaches around the South Coast, Island Bay, Lyall Bay, Oriental Bay, Kāpiti Coast and Petone as well as bush walks near Brooklyn, Mt. Victoria, and Lower Hutt. Many families choose local parks and reserves, near their own homes where everyone feels comfortable. Don’t forget, starting in your own backyard or home is so good, honestly one of my favourites, for an even more relaxed, and meaningful photo session.

Pricing for family photography

Sessions are $295

Family sessions are real and unposed. At home and on location. Some fun, maybe a pinch of chaos, but generally quite relaxed! Sessions can take anywhere between 30 minutes - 1 hour.
After the session, all your gorgeous images are loaded into an online gallery and there, you can choose a digital package and/ or order from a range of framed/loose art prints.

Digital Packages start at $495

In addition to the digital packages, a range of framed and loose prints of your images are available for purchase in your online gallery.

What family photography sessions do you offer in Wellington? ?
Natural real and unposed family photography.

Who are your family photo sessions for?
My family photography sessions are for people who:
a) are not into being posed or even having their photographs taken, and
b) don’t live in a photography studio.
What should we wear for family photos?
Generally whatever makes you feel relaxed and comfortable! Meaning wrap up if it’s cold. I tend to tell people to keep it casual as well :)
What happens if the weather is bad?
We will try and postpone for a time thats suits, or we may consider keeping the session indoors at your home, or somewhere sheltered.
Where are you based - do you travel?
Yes! I am happy to travel all over Aotearoa, New Zealand. Currently I live on the beautiful Kāpiti Coast in the Wellington region.
How long does it take to receive my photos?
Your full family gallery will be available online within three weeks.
How much does family photography cost?
My digital photography packages start at $495. There is a huge range of framed/loose prints and products from just $11. It’s up to you how much you choose to spend!
